Visit the department

The James Pearson Duffy Department of Art and Art History invites you to come and visit our classrooms and studios. An academic advisor will lead the tour where you will have an opportunity to speak with faculty and students, and observe class/studio work in progress.

Department visits are designed for undergraduate students interested in pursuing studies in art history, ceramics, digital arts, drawing, fashion design and merchandising, fibers, graphic design, industrial design, interior design, metalsmithing, painting, photography, printmaking, or sculpture.

The visit starts in room 150 of the Art Building and begins at 10am. It involves walking across campus and can range from 1 to 2 hours so please wear comfortable shoes and dress for outdoor weather. See the campus map for the building location and parking information. The nearest parking is located in Structure #1, located on the corner of Cass and Palmer.
